Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of weightloss program
- Administer medications/vitamins and IV treatment as prescribed by NP
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs, measurments and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate clients regarding vitamin IV, weight management, and treatment options
- Perform IV administration and vitamin injections
- Provide care and education regarding weight loss and healthy lifestyle
- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Practice Better to document patient information accurately

-Manage and document SOP's for team members and staff

- Phlebotomy skills a must

Requirements:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient in documentation practices
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
